A new killer has emerged in town—her name is Nina. Originally just a devoted fan of Jeff the Killer, Nina’s life took a dark turn after a tragic incident during her school years. Bullying her and her brother pushed her over the edge, leading her to commit a deadly act against the bullies. Afterward, she bleached her face, leaving her skin ghostly pale and transforming into the terrifying Nina the Killer. The game offers two distinct story modes: play as PoisonGuy and pursue Nina, or step into Nina’s shoes and attempt to escape from the asylum she’s trapped in.
